אהבנו מאוד את הדירה המרווחת, סלון מפנק, מטבח מצויד היטב, פינוקים שחיכו לנו בהגעה, וחדר שינה גדול ומרווח. הסביבה פנטסטית, רחוב שקט קרוב מאוד לנהר ולפארק, פסטורלי ומקסים.

הקשר עם המארחים ניתן לשיפור. הפניה למארחים הינה רק בטלפון או במייל ורק בשעות העבודה. פעם אחת בקשתינו לשינוי מועד נקיון הדירה לא הובן כהלכה ולא באו לנקות. כמו כן, בסיום השהיה ביקשנו עזרה לאחסון הציוד שלנו למספר שעות לאחר העזיבה, ולמרות שזה תהליך פשוט ומקובל במרבית מקומות האירוח לא קיבלנו עזרה לכך. לאור משך השהיה הארוך שלנו (חודש) והסכום הגבוה ששילמנו חשבנו שאנחנו זכאים ליחס טוב יותר בפתרון הבעיה שלנו.

Location and standard of cleanliness great. Welcome pack was nice.

Minor issue with tv remote not working very well. Think batteries needed replaced? But not anything not to like, really.

"A pleasant stay at a Spacious, Clean, Convenient and Modern Apartment."

A clean, spacious, and modern apartment. A lovely welcome to the complimentary tea and coffee, milk, snacks, and light meals provided, especially when you have traveled for long hours. Great location to access the City Centre, restaurants, and the Co-op. If you fancy a stroll, the parks and the River Cam are just around the corner. The staff were efficient, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay a pleasant one.

Everything was satisfactory.

Everything was great, also the tea, milk and coffee was really nice to arrive to. Very clean and comfortable.

There's only one thing - went to a concert the night before and we had to check out at 10am. Even checking out at 11am would have helped get more sleep. Lots of people staying for leisure and checking out at 10am on a Sunday morning spoiled it a bit. I didn't realise it was this early until we arrived. Had I know I might have looked for somewhere else.
