Location. Heating has irregular timing, the apartment gets cold at 5-7pm and then really really warm in late night

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. YourSpace Apartments have been operating in Cambridge for over 15 years and they are like an AirBnB but better - the kitchen was stocked with food for breakfast and a simple dinner, which was great for us given we got there very late. It also has all the little things you need for a longer stay such as dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, drying racks, herbs and spices, knife sharpener etc. Short walk to supermarkets, a local bakery and cafe, deli, and wine bars and an easy walk into the city centre along the river. The apartment was quiet and the beds comfortable. We had a great stay and would stay there again next time we're in Cambridge.

Nothing really! One minor point is that the main bathroom could do with a toilet roll holder. :)

Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to shops. Staff were accommodating and helpful with any queries. Would highly recommend. Free parking on site was a big bonus.

Apartment was spacious and spotless. Location was excellent too. Also provided great 'starter pack' of provisions on arrival - bread, milk; eggs, cereal, etc. Would recommend local cafe - Tishka - for breakfasts.

There was a mark on kitchen counter left by hot pan - would have been good to have had it pointed out on arrival, just to avoid slight heart attack caused when partner thought he had done it!
