Twelve Oaks Inn

We just needed somewhere to shower and lay our head if you're not worried about what decor looks like or if they have an outstanding breakfast this is the place. We have stayed here many of times its cheap we are not ones to use pools or anything like that. shower was nice pressure and very hot water, didn't hear many sounds from other guest.

Breakfast room is very small not enough tables for that size of hotel lots of people went back to rooms or ate outside in July weather. Our hotel room looked like furniture was just pieced together. We had a tall table and a dresser that was placed side by side to be used as a stand for the TV. We could only find one plug in near the bed for chargers. We had a King bed but with a Queen headboard, that isn't a huge deal but lying in bed felt "off" Room smelled like dew... not mold but just smelt like it had been raining a lot.

The breakfast was disappointing. The staff was very friendly

Very clean despite the age of hotel. The managers or owners were super nice! Couldn’t ask for better. We left an article of clothing there and it was returned to us… this has never happened in all our years staying in hotels (losing an item and having it returned).

Breakfast was just ok. Pool was nice. Very quite and a good value. Great location. Bed is comfy.

Breakfast needs meat. At least sausage in gravy would be nice. Buffet stayed low or empty sometimes. Need better pillows on bed. Pillows are thin.

Close to main highway Cheap prices Parking lot is lit up well
