Hotel Pabela

The breakfast was very nice and affordable. We enjoyed it both times we visited it.

No complaints for the restaurant except that it was not open for dinner the days we stayed there.

We did not have breakfast, however, the hotel was very close to downtown.

Breakfast was really good and the price was fair. The service was very slow, but they were very nice.

There was no elevator. But it wasn't too bad because our room was right on the second next to the stairs. The windows facing the hallway made the rooms seem odd. The windows facing the street were small and odd also. Not a lot of natural light can get through.

Location Staff was welcoming

Description of room. We booked 2 rooms. Niece from 2nd room stayed in our room due to strong odor inside her room both nights. Only window in room led to the hallway. No ventilation. Niece was not reimbursed due to having booked through Booking.com and not hotel directly. Our room roller shade appears not to have been pulled down possibly in years. Could see shadows of people walking by outside against our room. No hangers, No iron. TV extremely small. Room had AC split ran okay.

Very good value for price. Very clean, close to Plaza. My 3rd stay.

Very clean, air conditioning huge plus, quiet. Day staff was amazing answered all my questions.

No elevator and had some trouble with the overly heated water. Night staff was a bit rude but nothing to crazy, could practice on greeting people and smile once in a while.
