Poca luz en el interior de la habitación. Informe de mi llegada de 15.30 a 16.00, llegue a las 15.20 y hasta las 16.30 no me atendió correctamente. Si das ok a recepción tienes que estar pendiente del teléfono

Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Noemie pour la résolution des problèmes, sa bienveillanceet sa disponibilité. L'emplacement de la chambre est idéal pour visiter Palerme avec des enfants car à proximité de nombreux monuments et des bus. Nous avons bien dormi et la chambre était propre.

Nous pensions qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel alors que la chambre fait partie d'un appartement : un espace commun dessert 5 chambres également louées, d'où une certaine promiscuité subie. Nous entendions notamment les gens rentrer le soir.
