It is big enough to accommodate me and my extended family.

The location is slightly off the main central district and getting back to it late at night by walking may sometimes be a little dark and dangerous.

the property was clean and in a great location Gede and the rest of the staff were great and always so helpful in helping us get things we needed and organising transport when we needed it,like airport transfers the villa was always cleaned daily and there was plenty of room for us

Our stay at K Villa was very enjoyable and easy. From check-in to check out, Gede (manager), Ketut and the 2 other boys did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were always there to greet us with a smile and help us out when we needed help. Villa was always cleaned and organised everyday and breakfast was cooked daily with love. Would definitely recommend staying at the villa, it was a very enjoyable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-bedroom Villa in Seminyak, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The villa boasted an amazing pool that was perfect for relaxation and fun-filled moments. The spaciousness of the villa was remarkable, providing plenty of room for everyone. What impressed me the most was the presence of all the necessary amenities. From a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms, everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you needed to cook a meal or simply unwind after a day of exploring, the villa had you covered. I would also like to mention the caretaker named Gede, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request left a lasting impression on us. Gede's friendly nature and knowledge of the local area truly made us feel at home, and we were grateful for his presence throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Villa in Seminyak for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The combination of the villa's stunning amenities and the exceptional care provided by Gede made our experience truly unforgettable.

Property is in such a handy location, especially the circle k directly out the front, many insta-worthy cafes/ restaurants within walking distance. We had a large group of girls and the bathrooms with every room was so handy! Gede our host so extremely punctual and would help us daily with taxis, money exchanges, directions etc and was constantly only a text away from helping. We really appreciated how much effort and dedication all the staff had for us!

Beautiful property and very clean. Our ladies group had a wonderful time in the villa and were very comfortable throughout our stay. Our host was fantastic and was always so helpful and friendly.

Nice pool villa, located near Seminyak Square (no more than 10 minutes walk). We had a great time here! Mr. Gede was very kind and professional. He made the whole stay very smooth. His humility and kindhearted nature assured us that we were in good hands. There's also a supermarket right opposite the villa which was very convenient. Definitely recommend it for friends, family, etc.

Car and bike sounds can be heard in the bedrooms at night. Light seaps into the bedroom (some) from the gaps between the curtains which we tried to adjust but wasn't too useful. Nevertheless, Mr. Gede did his best to help us with this during our last night there. He was very kind. Overall, very good experience at this villa. Very happy!

there were some maintenance required during our stay such as shower, baths and pool.
