Hotel O 365 Nice Stay

i liked how close it was to timesquare and that the room had it's own toilet.

The room curtain had holes in them and the bed sheet had a small hole and a stain. The bathroom door I had didn't close well. If they can address these things and maintain it better. It would be a good value.

Have water heater and air conditioner works fine. Staff is a bit helpful. Average customer service

The room is not same as shown in the photos and also very dirty. The toilet also was very dirty and need to be maintenance . There is also water leaked during raining where the room became wet. Bad hygiene and blood can be found on the blanket. Rubbish from the past visitor was not thrown. Furniture are old and broken. Very dusty and a bit smelly. But what to expect from a budget hotel. I just hope the hotel could be a bit cleaner so people can rest peacefully. Language barrier.
