Staff was very nice, they even helped us to book bus tickets to Nouakchott the next day. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quite confortable.

Central location. Friendly staff. Spacious room, clean, everything is relatively new. Good traditional Mauritanian breakfast: bread, yoghurt, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, jam. Comfortable bed.

Sound proof was not great (hotel is located at very busy road). No drinking water provided. No small lamp near bed. Accept just cash (euro too), I knew this before check-in, but anyway would like to have card payments too.

They charge 5% to pay by credit card and it’s not mentioned anywhere on this platform. I have stayed in other hotels in Mauritania where I didn’t have to pay this fee.

The suite was spacious and clean, except for the sofa, which was slightly dirty. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to everything in Nouadhibou.

The breakfast provided was the same every day, and the person serving it seemed uninterested in accommodating any special requests, unlike the older colleague he worked with, who displayed exceptional professionalism, respect, and willingness to assist with anything. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the window was not fully covered, allowing sunlight to enter. This caused me significant discomfort and made it difficult to sleep.

I was refused to stay at the second day because overbooked, although I received the confirmation from Booking.com. The reception said sorry, find another hotel. This was totally unacceptable but had no way to go out.
