Airconditioner was broken. Error light would not go off so whole night fully lit! Bedside lamp did not work. No hot water in the morning.

The Cock House is a hidden gem. The rooms are very functional. Fantastic linen and pleasing decor. Enough hangers in the cupboards, bathrooms are fresh. The staff are very willing to accommodate requests. There a quaint but stylish Grahamstown feel to the establishment.

The wood/planks supporting the bed in the front were broken before we got there.
