"Disappointing"

It is close to the beach and shopping.

There were roaches in the condo, and the master bedroom door sticks so we couldn't close it the whole trip or we would be stuck inside.

"It was grest"

The room and view of balcony and it was very private.

"Quite a run down, unkept, broken unit."

Decent kitchen

Blinds missing (had to tape and repair to maintain some privacy), pet stains throughout master bedroom, pet smells throughout unit, possible flea issues, pillows without pillowcases, dirty floors in hallways, window blinds in disrepair, patio was a mess (unclean, debris all over), water heater could only handle a short shower (first use).
