Unfortunately they allow to much people for the day pass that it’s impossible for the guest to enjoy either the pools, and restaurants. Hard to find a table. Impossible to swim, to much people. The room was very nice and clean. They don’t have enough employees, but the ones they have work very hard and very nice people. My food was cold, I got everything at different times, at the end they send me the water that I requested 40 min earlier.

The bungalow I stayed in was delightful and had everything I needed. I arrived late and the guy at the gate had my key waiting for me. A really nice woman who already knew the property had me follow her in my car to show me where my bungalow was. I was super thankful and impressed by the congeniality.

I wasn’t sure where the office was! So I just left my key on the table in the morning when I left. I had to leave before breakfast unfortunately, so I probably could have figured it out there. Not their fault! I arrived late and left early. I need to remember with remote places you have to plan more time :)

Me encanto, es un espacio muy bonito y acogedor.

En general esta muy a gusto el lugar. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Mi única recomendación sería que invirtieran en mejorar la propiedad. No me refiero a las habitaciones, mas bien en los caminos o la alberca. Pero en términos generales esta bastante bien.

Excelentes instalaciones, el lugar súper lindo, muy tranquilo, todo muy limpio, lo recomiendo bastante, sin dudas volvería !

Llegamos el día establecido en la reserva y en l entrada nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva y que no estaba el Encargado, no pude quedarme y tuve que buscar otro lugar
