Online request for identity documents and passports before the stay, is done by scanning the identity document through a website, for data verification. Access to the apartment by any person not included in the reservation is prohibited under any circumstances. The keys are collected in a safe in the area of the establishment, on the day of arrival and after completing the online Check-in, we will send you the final information for the collection.
