No kettle for making coffee

Large spacious room, good to have a fridge available in the room

About a 15-20 minute walk from restaurants. Also other guests were making a lot of noise outside the rooms late at night and early in the morning which was very annoying

Clean and Very Spacious

checkin time 2PM is too long for a day.

I messaged the staff throughout the day to let them know when I would arrive and to ask about the check in process. They didn’t reply. When Zia arrived in the evening, they didn’t answer the door to the ‘reception’ for 20 minutes, then when they finally answered I had to wait outside in the rain for another 20 minutes whilst they were clearly cleaning and making up the room, even though it was the evening and long after check in time. The room itself had a huge crack in the wall from the ceiling to the bed (see photo), so throughout my stay there were always many ants in the bed. I tried to knock on the door to the reception to complain about this but just like when I arrived, the staff didn’t answer. When J left the door to reception was open and no one was there, so I left the key on the desk in the reception to check out. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and there was a loud cockerel outside making noise from 4am onwards. The room is quite far from anything.
