Un’oasi di bellezza e pace. Hotel piccino e grazioso come una bomboniera, pulito e veramente piacevole. Ci ha favorevolmente impressionato, anche per la dolcezza della ragazza alla reception, del suo collega ugualmente gentilissimo e sorridente e dei piccoli particolari in camera e nel bagno. La posizione centrale in un quartiere tranquillo e in una cittadina, Bacalar, che rimarrà nel cuore non solo per la sua splendida laguna ma anche per i suoi abitanti, ospitali e sempre cordiali.

No me aceptaron en el hotel así teniendo la reservación para 2 adultos y dos niños ya era un precio por cada día de habitación y llegando me duplicaron el precio según q por los niños no son gratis
