Hotel O Kuantan Backpackers

The idea of backpackers yet no one to let me in. OYO customer service that answered my call, yet she rerouted to property owner, which did not answered my call.

I called, no one from property answered me. I arrived at entrance only to be barred from entry. I ended up going to another hotel. If property owner would call or make sure guests who booked are coming, or make the check-in as self-service or at least pick up guests’ call, then it would be better experience. There must be something great that made the guest unable to be within your available time. If you are strict about check in time, then state upfront - will not entertain outside check-in time. And don’t state 24 hours front desk, when no one is available neither physically nor thru phonecall. so quiet with no reply from owner nor OYO

Nothing because we never stay

Entire building is so creepy. We arrived at 11.30 pm cant enter because they put signage saying reception only untill 11pm. How can we now bout this ??? And yet have to pay and cant get refund..

Parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville et prendre un bus juste a côté pour le terminal

Very different from the images listed in this website. Old, in bad conditioning and carelessly maintained.

ゲストハウス的な設備、物品は一応揃ってはいるが汚くて使う気になれない、 シャワーもお湯のスイッチが入らず結局冷たい水のシャワーばかりで風をひいた。 暑いマレーシア🇲🇾で‼️😤

Ok dekat dgn bandar

It was cheap. Aircon worked. Wasn't busy. Was given clean bed linen on arrival.

No hot water, only 2 usable power points in a10 bed dorm. Shower head and hose holder were broken. Pillows were disgusting. No privacy curtains, sheets didn't stay on the old mattress at all, the wooden flooring was coming up and the beds were very creaky.
