Zeer moderne kamer met koelkast. De pub serveert excellent eten. Goed bed. Goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters. Prachtige sfeervolle pub met tuin. Een aanrader.

Zeer laag plafond. Kingsize in het Verenigd Koninkrijk is niet hetzelfde als Kingsize in de VS. Ik had dus een breder bed verwacht. Je mag ook niet te groot zijn om comfortabel een douche te kunnen nemen.

Charming country pub with beautiful garden to relax in. Newly developed room upstairs in an old stone building was fresh and clean. Super welcoming and friendly hosts. Personalised breakfast.

The staff, the food was nicely cooked and prepared.

I had read the reviews about the inn and felt it was what I was after. Sadly, what I found wasn’t the same. The room was in a converted hay loft adjacent to the inn. It was small and the ceiling was uncomfortably low in places. The room was tired and needed attention in many places. The WC toilet seat wouldn’t remain up, there was paint flaking above the cistern. The bed frame was attractive, however the mattress was cheap and you could feel every spring pushing through. The room was is right next to a busy A road and the lights of the car illuminated the room every few seconds and could not be blocked out. There was a very noisy fan close to the room, I think it was from the kitchen. It was disappointing, but the staff made up for it and the food was good and served with a big smile.

Lovely pub, great accommodation, near to the Weald & Downland Museum, Petworth House etc.

Just a little problem with the shower control and a spider

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Definitely recommend the pub. The room was clean and spacious.

Bed was a bit soft and wasn't keen on the pillows
