部屋は綺麗で、清掃も行き届いていました。狭い！ということはなく、値段にしては十分すぎる部屋だと思います。京都駅までのアクセスも便利でした。しかし、レセプトの対応がいまいち。チェックインについての問い合わせをしても返信が1度しかありませんでした。また宿泊当日に、ショートメールにお送りしますと言われた部屋の解錠番号も送られず、1どレセプトに電話し「今すぐ送ります」と仰って頂いたにも関わらず送られることはなく… たまたまホテルに行った際に社員さんがいらっしゃったので対応して下さり、事なきを得ましたが、もし居なかったらと考えると少しヒヤッとします。この際対応して頂いた社員さんはとても丁寧かつ素早く、良い印象でした。恐らく私の宿泊日にレセプト担当だった社員さんがイマイチだったのかな？と思います。レセプト以外は満足です。機会があればまた利用してもいいかな、と思います。
