Manageress was exceptional. Welcoming, courteous and professional. She went out of her way to set a table for my takeaway dinner so I didn't have to eat it in the room.

Milk instead of cremora Shampoo as well as shower gel would be nice. But I'm being picky..

"Best place to stay in Gaborone"

We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms and overall design of the property are beautiful, adding to the comfort of our stay. The location is also excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the international airport. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Gaborone—highly recommended!

"It was ok. Poor communication amongst staff."

Cleanliness

I communicated with the manager of the place before my stay regarding a taxi to take me to the airport and breakfast in the morning. I got in and none of the staff knew what I was talking about. In the morning the taxi man told me that hotel staff told him to charge me 150 pula yet the email between myself and manager stated 70 pula. It’s just appalling that people automatically want to exploit you as soon as they notice you are from abroad.
