Fort Munnar

During my visit to the hotel, the manager unnecessarily delayed me, which resulted in a loss of my personal leisure time. I found the experience frustrating, as the issue could have been resolved more efficiently. I hope such situations can be avoided in the future for a better guest experience.

Attitude of the manager

Staff was so great and helpful. I had lost my drone and they were able to help me retrieve and I'm so grateful for that.

Some food options werent available all the time, but not a big deal.

The stay was exceptional. Nice ambience. Well behaved and very helpful staff. Exceptionally maintained rooms. The view from the room was also great.

Booked Two rooms. Family traveller. Stayed on 28 March 2025. No balcony for the rooms. No buffet dinner, reason told by the staff is less number of guests (this is the common reason told by all the resorts). Hot water available only after contacting the reception during night and morning (It is with centralised heating system) . Outdoor Garden poverly maintained. Lacking the facilities of the 4 star hotel. You can book resorts with more facilities by spending little more amount.
