La ubicación es muy buena y la habitación estaba muy bien. La cama era cómoda y el baño tenía secador.

Estuvimos una noche muy lluviosa y el agua del tejado así como la propia lluvia caían sobre una chapa que hacía muchísimo ruido. La luz de baño es automática y estaba rota, se estuvo encendiendo sola durante toda la noche, aún así el problema se comunicó y se solucionó a la mañana siguiente.

El colchón era muy cómodo y tenías vino, galletitas y café de cortesía.

Las almohadas eras de plumas, muy incómodas. El papel higiénico estaba asqueroso. Hacía bastante frío y la fachada no es la de las fotos.

The apartment had a good price per night but given the off season we went and what we faced during our stay doesn't matter anymore.

So, we went there during winter with the outside temperature between 8 and 13 degrees Celsius. The room had no heating units except a small electric heater which was not adequate to heat the room except if you had it all day operating in the highest setting, in order for the room to get a bit warm late in the afternoon. The problem with the above was that there was an ac in the room but the remote was locked and you couldn't operate it in the warm mode. What a disaster. Secondly we had problems with a leakage below the sink which got a few of our things we left in the drawers after we enter the room and we found out the next morning. It destroy anything because the leakage direct hit was in the rooms spare toilet papers. Lastly the hot water of the facility was running only for about 10 minutes shower, which is less in running water, before it would run out and then it needed about a 45 minute period to provide again. So 2 people needed like 90 minutes in total of preparation time to get ready and go out. The personal did respond to our questions and the adress we did to all of the above matters. But there was no solution to problem 1 and 3. And regarding the leakage it was small enough to live by it for 3 nights and let them fix it later. The did had a cheap bottle of wine, in the priceline of 3 to 4 euros from the supermarket, which of course wasn't good and we threw it away after the first taste, as a welcome gift. If you are going to do something do it properly or don't do it at all. The location wasn't so good as described. The room was near the metro station but if you were going to the city center you would need the exact same time on foot or if you used the metro So no point of using it. I would be more happy if I had booked a room further from the center which might have been cheaper and be next to a metro station. Parking was we parking zones limited to 2 hours during 9 to 19, according to laws all over Portugal.
