"Perfect stay, unbelievable location"

Beautiful property and extremely well located. Staff were very friendly and it was very easy to access. Nothing was too much for the staff to help with.

Ironing facilities were not the best - would recommend bringing a travel iron

"Incredible 3 days In Sorrento - A must stay if you are thinking of visiting!"

We loved everything about our stay. From the moment we arrived, Deborah was warm, cheerful, and incredibly welcoming. The property is in a perfect location, and it was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything was within easy reach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Visitamos Sorrento en familia, con nuestra hija de 7 años, y la experiencia fue muy positiva. La ubicación es excepcional: a pocos pasos de la plaza central y de la estación de tren, lo que facilita mucho moverse por la ciudad y hacer excursiones. También está relativamente cerca del puerto de Sorrento. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que desde el puerto hasta el alojamiento, caminando, hay que subir gradas bastante pronunciadas. Por eso, si se viaja con maletas grandes, carritos de bebé o niños pequeños, recomendaría tomar un taxi. Sorrento es una ciudad pequeña y muy caminable, por lo que la ubicación resulta muy conveniente. La habitación era cómoda y, considerando que está en una calle principal, bastante silenciosa. Aun así, como es una zona céntrica, puede escucharse algo de ruido de la calle y las campanas de las iglesias, algo normal en este tipo de ubicación. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. En general, una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Sorrento, especialmente por su ubicación y comodidad.

"Really good city Centre Hotel. Would definitely stay again."

Location of this hotel is right in the centre of Sorrento. So really useful for being in the town. The hotel does not serve breakfast but there are many nearby cafes and bars to visit. The staff were lovely and really helpful.

The hotel has no vehicular access so be prepared to drag suitcases etc. some way down cobbled streets to reach the hotel. The check out time is too early at 10:00am....... If you arrive after 20:00 there is a 50euro charge for late arrival. Some of the add on charges (lost key, baggage storage etc.) can be a bit excessive.
