Ani’s Villas se encuentra a 5 min caminando del centro de Ubud. La piscina está genial, las vistas son insuperables, pero lo que más cabe destacar es el trato de todos y cada uno de los componente del equipo de Ani’s Villas. Sin duda alguna, la calidad humana brilla por encima de cualquier otro aspecto de este hotel. A mencionar también que la comida que ofrecen en su restaurante es exquisita. El mejor Dadar Gulung que hemos probado en todo Bali. Repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas.

There were no side lamps at the bed and a little less furniture then needed

De kamer was ruim en had een apart kook- en woongedeelte. De locatie was prima, aan de achterzijde volop in de natuur (rivier, palmen, lianen). Daarnaast waren attractie op loopafstand (+_ 35 minuten)

Je kunt zien dat de accommodatie ooit heel erg mooi geweest moet zijn. Het zwembad had wat weg van een natuur zwembad en was misschien wat oud maar heerlijk qua temperatuur en niet te veel chloor. Als je qua luxe niet veeleisend bent blijft het een aanrader. Verwacht je een nieuw appartement dan is dit wellicht minder geschikt.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The scenery is very beautiful and serene. It's only 10 minutes walk to Ubud center, so close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the noise and traffic. Great accommodations and value.

The steps to the rooms can get slippery, so be careful. Not a great location if you have issues walking up and down stairs.

The location was incredible and the staff were absolutely amazing and the extremely helpful.

The amenities were not only rundown but there were also hazards for eg a pipe filtering into the pool that 3 out of the 6 of our guests were injured to the point of painful bruising swelling. The river that the property is situated on, whilst being extremely picturesque and serene, unfortunately caused severe rashes on all four of our children. The room was completely unacceptable. For 6 guests they provided 3 small 300ml bottles of water a day. I observed the cleaners not once in a week change the bedding, only to sweep it out with the same broom that they use for the bathrooms and other parts of the bull ant infested room which was unsettling with the children. Then witnessing the mattress under the basically see through sheet was the last straw, my children are sleeping on mould. One child was even left without a bed which was booked and paid for and never rectified. Stairs unstable throughout property, quite hard to navigate with children and luggage. We were unable to cook in our kitchen because it had no kettle, no water, a couple of dishes, bugs, mould and one cooktop that we weren’t game to use as the piping was pretty consistently running from the upstairs apartment into our kitchen. We weren’t sure what sort of matter this was. TVs didn’t work. The furniture was beyond uncomfortable. The items were never re stocked eg toilet paper and other essential basic items. We had to check out as all of our children were just to unwell from the property and we were met with intimidation, lies and guilt.
