Spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely, comfortable room with excellent walk-in shower and decent products. Loved the tech in the room. Wish we could have had Netflix option, but other than that was perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Travelled with our 2 dogs. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - they were excellent.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay in a welcoming hotel with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. The services deserve the highest rating, and the cuisine was truly above expectations. During a stressful moment, the team offered prompt and thoughtful assistance in helping me look for some belongings, showing great care and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Personalul este amabil și profesionist, micul dejun este printre cele mai bune pe care le-am avut la hotelurile din Timisoara (insa pe total hotelurile din acest oras ofera un mic dejun inferior asteptarilor mele), curatenia este ok.

Confortul termic a fost complet inacceptabil. Atât camera, cât și întregul hotel (inclusiv recepția) au fost foarte prost încălzite. Pe timpul nopții am suferit de frig, până la disconfort sever, situație care nu ar trebui să existe într-un hotel de 5 stele. In ciuda reclamatiei facute de catre sotia mea, temperatura a ramas neschimbata. Noroc ca ne-am invatat minte dupa ce am incercat atatea locatii si calatorim cu aeroterma dupa noi. Opțiunea de demi-pensiune este profund dezamăgitoare: meniul de cină este extrem de sărăcăcios, cu foarte puține opțiuni și fără varietate. Experiența nu se apropie nici pe departe de ceea ce oferă DoubleTree by Hilton Oradea, care, deși este clasificat teoretic inferior, livrează în practică o calitate și diversitate mult peste acest hotel.
