Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett bequem

Spabereich schlecht gepflegt. Duschen funktionierten erst nicht, und wurden erst nach dem Hinweis repariert. Toilette nicht abschliessbar. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Wasser/Getränk im Spabereich wurde max 1x täglich nachgefüllt, Thermostat der beheizbaren Liegen im Ruhebereich funktionierte nicht

10 pe care planuiam sa il acord a fost "recalculat" datorita a ceea ce am avut surpriza neplacuta sa regasim la baie... (am semnalat la receptie la check out), mai mult, in ciuda dotarilor moderne din camera, caldura nu a putut fi setata la o temperatura usor mai mare decat cele 24° care se resimteau ca un 21°...

Love the location. Clean bedroom.

Cold bathroom and the spa had some broken hot beds and was cold when you walked but out into the main spa room. Also no small lamps. Only bright lighting in bedroom.

Our stay was great! It surely exceeded our expectations. The staff was sooo kind. Me and my girl went there to celebrate our first anniversary. We were surprised with a touching decoration in our room. It was so clean, the food was just amazing...the facilities are well maintained and everything in general was great. Big thank you to Raul from reception, the guy who welcomed us and answered most of our questions...also the guys who did our check-out they were also so friendly and professional. We surely recommend the hotel!
