Property Notes

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3:00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Bella permanenza a Torino."

La posizione in centro vicina ai piu importanti siti,ristoranti e caffetterie.

Il bagno senza possibilità di aerazione. Corridoio esterno alla porta d'ingresso alla casa senza luce. Non avere potuto lasciare i bagagli qualche ora prima il checkin e dopo il check out.

"Not a comfortable qnd clean stay but in a nice area."

Beautiful period building with lift, airy living room.

Not clean, dusty, dirty slimy scaled kettle, heating system just working for a couple of hours and switching off even though the temperature wasn’t reached. Bare exposed duvet used a ‘blanket’ with bed sheets, did not smell clean but very used. extra duvet cover in desperate needing to be changed, old and very discoloured. Impossible to speak to somebody over the phone. Different key location to the one of our stay on Booking.com.
