Bel appartement avec suffisamment de place. J'avais peur que ce soit bruyant à cause de la gare juste à côté, mais c'était calme au final. On entend légèrement le train. Rapide pour se rendre à Kagoshima car très proche de la gare. Présence d'une machine à laver. Top ! Belle vue sur le sakurajima sur le toit de l'hôtel au 5ème.Restau à 15 minutes à pied. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas laisser les bagages avant le check in ou après le check out. Il y a pourtant de la place.

A bit remote at the end of the tram line. Check in is done digital, no staff on site. Nice clean rooms. + Cosy rooms with most stuff you need - Heavy cargo trains during nights right outside window, did not bother me though - But worst is that hotel can be extremely difficult to contact. No email at Hotels, no email at hotel site and "Help" call at reception does not work. We could not arrange to prolong our stay by merging two bookings since we did not reach them. There is a telephone number but that does not really help since foreign tourist cant have voice sims. If it wasnt for the communication problem it would have been a four star rating.

Everything was good, there was a shower/ bath, laundry machine with detergent, cooking utensils and so on. Only issue I had was small ants on the table. Everything under budget and no noise from neighbours.

子供連れでの利用でした。 室内の照明が少し暗いように感じました。 駅のすぐ近くなので、踏切の音や電車の音がします。 子供達は、すごく喜んでいました。 初めてだった事もあり、チェックインまでの流れが少し分かりにくかったですが、また機会があったら利用したいです。

ロケーションバツグン。ただ、別の部屋の足音や声が聞こえたり、夜中にもJR貨物、踏切の音がしたので、マイナス１。寝るときに耳栓必須。エレベーターありません！わたしは2階だったので良かったけど。

滞在中一回清掃ありと記載があったのに清掃がなかった。

ドアの開閉が不自由である。 説明が不足でなかなか開けられなかった。

Great view and easy to navigate around the area. Train is pretty loud at night but you can't beat the location and the A/C during the heat of summer.
