路面電車の駅がすぐ近く、中心部まで3駅（5分程度）。洗濯機、電気コンロも使えた。

テレビが映らなかった。

5人家族で問題なく、使用できたこと。

テーブルがもう少し大きければ、5人でも使いやすかった。

手続き等が分かりづらかったが他は楽しく過ごせました。

宿泊先の専用駐車場はありませんが、24時間定額パーキングが近くにあり助かりました。宿泊前のやり取りもメールで何度かさせていただきましたが、返信も早くチェックイン〜アウトまでトラブルなくスムーズに行うことが出来大変満足です。

清潔感があって街までも近く、便利でよかったです。ただベッドのスプリングがだいぶ年季が入っているのかなという感じで少し残念でした。 あとは壁が薄いようで隣の部屋の声も聞こえるので、こちらの声や音も響くんだろうなと思って気になりましたが、トータル的には満足でした。お世話になりました。

Convenient location. Shower was good. Heating was OK.

Silverfish in bath. Dirty sock in shoe locker. Walls stained and dirty. Noisy (tram and neighbouring baby). No drinking glasses. Too few coat hangers. Only one coffee, one tea, and a pack of instant ramen for 2, but there were 3 guests. No space to hang laundry. Very steep stairs with suitcases, ridiculously steep ladder to loft (unable to take luggage to the loft). Unnecessarily curt rules in emails.

4식구 가족여행으로 편안하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 세탁기가 있어, 집에 널어놓으니 잘 마르고, 기본적인 식기류가 있어서 좋았습니다.

Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host. The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm.
