"Very Good"

Check out wasn't until 12pm. Housekeeping came around 9 knocking on the door and being loud in the hallways as they started cleaning other rooms. I had the do not disturb sign on my door and they still came and knocked on my door 3 times while I was trying to sleep.

This is our second stay. It is a great location for Ohio State football games. We enjoyed the outside area with fire pits. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is not good and not complimentary. The bathroom sliding door gives no privacy / sound proof. I did love the shower products in large dispensers instead of wasting small bottles of product.

I just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of. Kristin is the type of employee every company dream of working for them and shows she really cares. Aloft should be grateful to have an employee like her! Thank you again Kristin and the other person at the front desk. Kevin

I can’t think of anything

Overpriced/design seems to be odd no breakfast. And house keeping came 1/2 hr before checkout time. They keep coming every 10 mins even though we told them we will be out by 11 AM.
