"Aufgrund Zimmerzustand kein Aufenthalt möglich"

Mussten direkt auschecken. Zimmer war unzumutbar. Bett dreckig, blutige Handtücher, Haare auf dem Bett, Bett nicht bezogen, Putzmittel stand noch im Raum. Reaktion auf Reklamation weder von Booking.com noch vom Hostel selbst. Enttäuschend auf ganzer Linie

Die Lage und das es sauber war.

Man bekommt halt was man bezahlt, es ist sehr einfach, Gemeinschaftdusche usw. Leider war es auch sehr kalt und die Bettdecke sehr dünn und die Heizung regelt sich in der Nacht runder. Also ich habe gefroren.

Mir haben die Vorhänge von der Dusche nicht gefallen und es war sehr rutschig, das Wasser war sehr kalt auch wenn es auf rot gestellt war war es extrem kalt Das Zimmer naja lustig fande ich die einzige Teebeutel in der Schachtel, Wasserkocher war vorhanden aber Kaffee wäre schöner Der Preis war viel zu Viel für das Zimmer
