Nice furniture and interiors. Comfortable shower and toilet.

Unfortunately, the room didn't have a proper ventilation. Mould started spreading on curtains and on some walls

We arrived 10 mins before check-in time, and asked if we could do it early, they refused saying we would need to pay more, the hotel was absolutely dirty everywhere, and smelling bad, when we entered the room all the curtains and other places were full of mold, and dust in the AC, the only good thing about this place was the location, definitely not worth the price, better go to another hotel or hostel I would really want my money back

エントランスから清潔感に欠ける状態でした。 廊下はゴミが散乱しており、エレベーターも掃除がされてるとは思えない状態でした。 部屋はさらに最悪で、ドアノブは取れかかっており、カーテンやエアコンはカビだらけ。 おそらく換気ができておらず湿気だらけなのでしょう。 耐え難い悪臭に30分でチェックアウトしました。 料金を返金してほしいと本気で思うほどひどいホテルでした。 海外のドミトリーですらここまで感じたことはありません。 日本の評判を下げないためにも是非改善していただけたら幸いです。

宿泊の当日の夜中から20件以上『未確認の為キャンセルの可能性があります。今すぐご確認ください』とSMSメッセージが来ました。 あきらかに変な文でこちらの情報が漏れているようで不安でした。ですがその点に関して注意喚起のメール以外には何も記載も無く連絡も特にありませんでした。とても不安です。 専門の方に相談しようと思ってます。

施設備品が壊れてる　湿気が多いと記載あるがその通り　それをカバー出来る立地の良さや移動の易さで寝るだけと考えれば満足です。
