Modern Contemporary OT Scottsdale with Heated Pool

The location was great. We were able to walk to many areas of Scottsdale. The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The owner stayed in contact if we needed anything or vacation advice.

Nothing worth mentioning. The apartment was cute and just the right size for my husband and I.

Good location for walking to alot of restaurants, pubs, shopping in Old Town. Property was clean and grounds nicely kept. Bathroom was nicely stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap/shampoo/lotion, qtips, etc. Kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee, spices, dish/dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and paper towels ; although decaf and pizza cutter would've been nice. Bed was very comfortable.

There are a few things that would've made our stay nicer, or care of your place easier, such as: -rugs inside or outside door -hotter water in shower -bath mat -working light for microwave -"on" button for toaster oven was temperamental (not part of instructions in binder, but probably wouldn't have solved the problem) -Dyson fan was mentioned but not found d in unit (might have been useful as sound machine) -key for trash compactor was not available -a few local channels would be nice for those who don't have streaming devices or paid subscriptions for such. -couch could be more comfortable

Location, pool, setup of place, Air Con, location of parking, stocked kitchen.

Needs some new pans for cooking as the current ones are very scratched. Floors need a good cleaning. Bed was a bit squeaky. Hot water in shower not quite hot enough. All minor things that didn't affect our stay but should be noted.

Great location, really close to everything. Nice and quiet and away from traffic. The house was nicely decorated and cleaned. I will say, there was a large cockroach under the stove (it’s the desert) which was frightening. We also couldn’t access the pool because the owner didn’t leave the key. Besides those two mishaps, I would probably stay here again.
