Great stay for our family. Room had everything we needed. Very cozy and comfortable. Pub across the road was good for dinner. Thank you

It was an ideal stop over location as we were travelling a long distance using the M1. It was very quiet and so much nicer than a chain hotel stop over. The room and en suite was clean and tidy, with free toiletries provided. Contact with the owner was excellent with clear instructions given prior to arrival. An ample amount of tea, coffee etc. was provided saving the worry of running out, plus a complimentary snack and bottled water. They are currently trialling a self serve breakfast option for £5 per person however we cannot comment on this as we left early to continue our journey. All in all, a very good stay 😊

Absolutely beautiful accommodation

Very clean, comfortable and cosy.

Everything you need for a night but one night is enough.

We stayed in The Paddock. An end unit in the little courtyard. Kitchen, bedroom, ensuite. Very noisy, thin walls that vibrated every time nextdoor shut the door, bathroom noise from nextdoor, road noise as it's literally on a road opposite a busy pub. Dehumidifier going in the kitchen, there was info saying we could turn it off, so we turned off until we left. Parking easy, you can park outside the door at The Paddock. Bed although comfy was not clean, we stripped it the next morning (to help cleaning) and under the sheet(which was clean) was a mattress protector, this was stained and had hairs on it, so I stripped that off to find another mattress protector again, not clean with hairs on it. Bathroom hand towel not clean, smelled damp. Mould around entrance/front door which I guess why there was a dehumidifier. We were there 12 hours to break a journey, did the job. Would we return? No.

The accommodation was cosy,clean and very spacious which was perfect for us as we brought our dog. There is a pub opposite and a small community shop which was perfect for basics bits. Our host, Wayne, was very attentive and quick at responding. Can't fault the stay

Very good communication from host. Very clean and kettle, microwave and fridge are great to have.

Bed very soft and bathroom door doesn’t fully close unless bolted from inside whilst using facilities.
