Staff was amazing. Front desk, bartenders, waitresses. They went out of their way to help me locate a lost credit card. Room was quiet, even with a big gala going on, I didn’t hear a sound. Clean

All the “luxuries” didnt work. Tv in the bathroom mirror was all static and I couldn’t turn it off. Heated seat/bidet didn’t work, coffee pot didnt work. The room was overly warm and when I attempted to turn it down to 68 it still went below 74. Shower was warm, not hot. I took two showers while there, neither time could I get it warm enough to even create steam.
