Bay Tree Cottage

Excellent accommodation. Wonderful place. The place was immaculate, so clean. The decor was excellent. I can that the host has put a lot thought into the decor of the home. Cannot fault it, comfy bed with high quality bedding. One of the best places I have stayed. It was so relaxing. I would recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet, clean accommodation and a great host.

Susan met us at the appointed time and had lit a gorgeous fire which we enjoyed so much during our stay as it is winter. The place was spotless and so pretty. amazing beds like in a 5 star hotel. Dish washer, washing machine, ensuite bathrooms. Just so homely and cosy and beautifully decorated. Good TV and great communication with the hosts who answered any questions we had and were so kind. Great value for money. Would recommend and would go back!

Absolutely beautiful little cottage that exceeded our expectation. The weather was cold, but the cottage was snug and warm. The cottage is fitted out with anything you could possibly need or want. Beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms had plenty of space. The entire cottage was beautiful. Susan the host was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.

Bay Tree Cottage far exceeds any 5 star hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome from Susan, she was exceptional. Bay Tree Cottage is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, luxurious and very relaxing. Susan has thought of everything to make it a first class experience. In our opinion it was faultless and we only wish we had discovered it sooner. It was the perfect place to re-charge and we cannot wait to return.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this beautiful property in an amazing and picturesque location. The cottage has everything a family of four could possibly need and Susan was a great host. If you would prefer something a little different to the same old boring hotels and you don't want or need to be in the centre of Belfast, I would highly recommend.

Position, position, position. Idyllic views of neighbouring farmland but only minutes from Hillsborough (with visit to Royal residence and garden a 'must') and 30 minutes to Belfast. The cottage is stylish, immaculate and comfortable with luxury bedding. Susan welcomed us on arrival and was responsive to any queries we had during our visit. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

A beautiful cottage and a very welcoming host. Very relaxing - fire had been lit for us and logs provided. Everything in the cottage was spotlessly clean and the decor was lovely.

Absolutely evertything. I was stunned at the place when I opened the door, it is beautiful, clean, well decorated, very cute cottage in the country side. It felt like home.
