Location is ideal for us, purely on a personal level as family are nearby . However anyone traveling by train it's perfect and a walk to the town and sea

Could do with a refresh, starting to look tired.

Great location - the train station is just around the corner

The bathroom is fine just takes a bit of getting used to

1)No heating on rooms. Only 1 in kitchen. 2)No hot water on both showers as the control switch is broken/ not working. So only freezing shower which is unacceptable for people with health conditions. 3)No proper or enough toileteries like tissues, shower gel / shampoo / conditioner etc. Just a 25ml bottle for 3nights stay of 2 people. 4) Electric towel rail / heating in toilet not working. Again freezing at nights. 5)No kitchen tissues or additional bin bags. 6)Not a good smart tv

Location. Near to the beach, shops, park.

Location was handy for shops, train station and not too far from bus stops or the sea front.

It could have been a bit cleaner and needed a good dusting. There was no dish cloth, paper towel or tea towel which would have made it better. The TV channels were a mish mas some one had possibly messed them up.

The aesthetic was nice, location was fine

Not very clean at all, very dusty especially under the bed. There was no proper cleaning things, new sponge etc to clean probably or any washing up liquid as the one that was there was practically empty. Some light bulbs were blown

First impressions, it was very bright and airy. Lots of windows but private and not overlooked. Lots of little extras provided, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, plenty of plates, cutlery and cookware, double sockets either side of the bed, small fridge and basic cooking facilities. I had no problem finding parking spaces in adjacent roads.

The wet room was a bit quirky but manageable. Could do with a deep clean, bit dusty on the fitted wardrobe runners, sugar container with dirty sugar in it, coffee container with a few dried coffee granules stuck to the base, for the money I paid I expected a better quality bed, bed linen and towel quality. The small fridge had a shelf missing which limited its use. Don't think I'll stay here again.
