CZWe had problems with this hotel since our arrival. At the check-in we were given a room with a broken door and we were not able to lock it. The security guard tried to lock the door for about 15 minutes until he gave up and gave us another room, however before getting to that point we were suggested to wait until the next morning to get the door fixed... ridiculous. The room we were moved to was functional but outdated and in need of repair, especially the bathroom (water leaking, bad shower drainage and a weird to close shower door). The property description is a LIE, the internet does NOT function in any area of the hotel. I was suggested to work from the reception and not even there the internet worked. There is nothing in that hotel to classify it as a 4 stars hotel. Smoking is allowed in all areas and it is common to smell cigarette smoke on your room. Parties and loud mess is also allowed on the rooms and common areas. We had a 10 days stay and 3 different "neighbors" were drinking, shouting, singing, playing with a ball, moving furniture and HAVING SEX on the common areas during the night (10pm to 5am)... and no action was taken by the staff.
I liked nothing there. That was the worse accommodation I have ever stayed. The building structure is not bad, gardens and swimming pool look nice, but this hotel feel like a decadent place living on old glories.
