Casual con Duende Cadiz by Casual Hoteles

The location of is great. It's in the central of the old town of Cadiz. I liked the authentic atmosphere of the hotel. I stayed in room 104, it was spacious and clean. They really care about the environment. They won't change your towels unless you put them on the floor or ask for fresh ones. Dani at the recipient was great with us! he was friendly and helpful. He's great at his work and hospitality, always had a smile in his face. he recommended for us places to eat whenever we are looking for one. I really appreciate him. The room doesn't has coffee machine for a kettle (unless you ask for it). Since I have been there for a conference I had to wake up early, before breakfast time (which began at 8am), and before coffee shops open (7:30-8 am). I went down and Moi took care of me, he went to the kitchen and fixed a coffee for me. Very helpful stuff. Something I really appreciate about hospitality.

They was little bit of sand in the corner, since it's a beach destination it didn't bothered me. No kattle unless you ask for it.

Very small tiny basic room - expensive for what you get. We were lucky to have a bay window which is weirdly called a balcony but isn’t! Don’t go for a windowless property or you’ll really feel like you’re in a cell. No extras eg. tea/coffee; no safe; no arm chair and no where else to relax when you come back from sight seeing. At least they had a water bottle filler which is good. The ground floor atrium was very uninviting and could have had some plants and arm chairs but was occupied by horrid Formica tables for breakfast (which we didn’t take as there are plenty of lovely outdoor cafes nearby instead).

The hotel's location lends itself to tourists with convenient access to attractions. Most days, I was less than a 15-minute walk to the hotel. The front desk and housekeeping make you feel welcome with warm greetings. They also provide good advice about places to go in the area. The room itself was lovely. It was in a quiet part of the hotel, enabling me to seek refuge in my room and relax in peace after a long day of sightseeing.

Perfecte ligging, vriendelijk personeel! Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid, wordt aangevuld, de moeite om bij te boeken.

Natuurlijk daglicht en raam misten wij in de kamer. Dakterras is echt een meerwaarde maar jammer dat er weinig stoeltjes aanwezig waren.
