Nice space, shame it was let down by a few annoying details

Selected this place specifically as it said it had parking, but the listing is misleading. The parking they offer is at a public car park several hundred meters away, which you have to pay for, and is not even open on Sunday. Also, both the fridge and the AC unit periodically buzzed quite loudly throughout the night (and the fridge is right next to your head when you’re in bed).

Well positioned between old town and modern Chania with a taxi rank, small supermarket, good breakfast choices on hand and the harbour only a short walk away. Super helpful staff, kind and attentive.

If you are severely mobility restricted this isn't the best choice for you with a flight of 30 steps to get to the apartments from street level. If you can cope, it's fine!

Everything, nothing to fault.

Staff were lovely, rooms were great, beds were actually dead comfy! and location was sublime.

Location is amazing. Decoration is lovely. Host was very attentive, careful, proactive and very well organized. We had everything we needed in the rooms. Cleaning service was top notch. The comfort of bed and pillows were beyond our expectation.

Parking lot is 700 meters and a bit tricky when loading/unloading luggages, because there is no place to pitstop. On the flip side, hotel is located at a great location nearby all attractions; hence this downside can be neglected.

Les draps étaient troués, pas de personnel sur place après 14h00. Pas de parking comme annoncé. Parking communal payant plein pot , payé 10€ pour 12h00!!!

Naše dovolená v Mirabile Luxury Suites v Chanii byla přesně tím typem zážitku, na který se nezapomíná. Už při příjezdu nás velmi srdečně přivítala Sophia Gypari, která se o nás po celou dobu starala s neuvěřitelnou ochotou a laskavostí. Apartmán byl dokonale čistý, útulný a promyšlený do posledního detailu. Velkým bonusem byl balkon s posezením, kde jsme si mohli vychutnávat klidnou atmosféru tohoto kouzelného místa. Lokalita je naprosto ideální – jen kousek od náměstí, přímo pod apartmánem skvělá pekárna a pár kroků odtud rybárna s výbornými čerstvě fritovanými kalamáry, na které budeme ještě dlouho vzpomínat. Večerní procházky po Chanii měly díky tomu jedinečnou atmosféru. Kdykoliv jsme něco potřebovali – například deku navíc pro děti – vše bylo okamžitě vyřešeno s úsměvem a bez jakéhokoliv problému. Celkově to byla naprosto pohodová, vysněná dovolená, kde vše fungovalo tak, jak má – a často ještě lépe. Mirabile Luxury Suites můžeme s naprostým klidem doporučit každému, kdo hledá kombinaci komfortu, skvělé lokality a osobního přístupu.
