Hotel room was amazing & so was the service and staff. Great nights sleep, black out blinds, aircon & a comfy bed with both firm / soft pillows. Hotel staff were so friendly and gave us great tips for the rest of our Cretan journey. Fab location for exploring Chania. Would definitely stay again.

The staff here are the nieces people ever! We talked often with one of the foot desk women and she was a true dream. So helpful, so kind, felt like friends by the time our week ended. The location for food, coffee and shopping is unbeatable. They restock your fridge with a fresh water daily, then have amazing products you can use while there and they set you up with cheap parking during your stay.

The only complaint is wishing there were fans to use in the rooms. They do have AC- which in Europe is hard to come by, but it didnโ€™t cool the whole room too well- only minor suggestion would be to have these for each room.
