Viewpoint Condominiums

We felt like we were in heaven. The views are spectacular and the staff is so helpful and friendly.

We loved staying here and will definitely be back! The only small issue was some hammering in the water pipes, which caused the showers to cut off unexpectedly for a few seconds during use. But the property was so great otherwise that it outweighed that small issue.

The view was amazing. The pool was great. The game room was a plus. It was easy getting in and out for us very conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable. You have all the amenities of home. The whole place was very spacious.

The driveway was never narrow going up to the parking lot.

Loved location and unit layout. Perfect for our group. Well stocked kitchen, super clean. Loved the game room pool area. (We did not use).

Loud noise when flushing toilet. Reported but not fixed while we were there. We just flushed with pour water into commode.

The rooms were huge! First walked into a pool table in living room. Wrap around deck. Minutes from pigeon forge main road.

Jacuzzi tub not working.

This place called me right before check in and changed our reservation and said they would give us a credit on my credit card and they never did, poor management

Very spacious! Beautiful views.

Had to take trash down to a dumpster that you had to throw it over into because the doors were locked. Management team sent check out instructions at 4am the morning of departure.

Pet area could have been bigger. There was not a potty area close to the unit.
