Las vistas, la terraza, la piscina, y la tranquilidad. La limpieza era de 10, había ascensor y productos básicos de baño (papel y gel) y cocina (estropajo, jabón, papel de cocina).

Las puertas correderas de la terraza no deslizaban bien y la correa para subir las persianas estaba bastante mal.
