Ocean Soleview Hotel

Nothings bad about this place. I definitely will stay in the future.

We loved the balcony, had our coffee out there each morning at sunrise, and the view was amazing. Clean place, comfortable beds. Close to restaurants, loved having 7-11 nearby. Busy nightlife, festival nearby, rail car, it was a fun area.

All of the check-in instructions were in Korean. Help!!!! We also didn’t have a Korean phone, so we couldn’t call anyone. Another guest helped us. Thank goodness, or I don’t know what we would have done. Please, either have English check-in instructions, or maybe an email address that you check often??? Also, no help with the washing machine. I really wanted to use it, but didn’t want to break it.

전망도 좋고 조용합니다. 제가 머문 12층에 손님이 꽤 많은 거 같았는데 방음이 잘되는지 정말 조용했습니다.

주차장, 방 모두 좁고, 무인 체크인, 작동하지 않는 인덕션.... 가족여행 왔는데 도쿄 출장와서 묵은 모텔인 줄. 어매니티가 모텔과 똑같은데 가격은 두 배네요

3인 온돌 객실을 사용했음. 객실은 저렴했으나 3인 객실임에도 이불이 1채 밖에 없어 2만 2천원 추가로 주고 이불 1채를 더 쓸 수 밖에 없었음. 그 외에는 깔끔하고 편안하고 풍경도 좋고 좋았음.

I liked the view from my room

Everything was great about the hotel. Except there was a noise that i kept hearing in my room. It was a similar noise that activated the door to open and i had this noise once about every 10-15 minutes throughout my entire stay even during the night time. As an English speaker I had additional questions and i couldnt get them answered because i later realized i needed the kakao app in order to speak to someone. The elevator during checkout time was extremely busy.

Great room, one can stay long term if necessary. Great view. Close to airport, 20 min taxi ride costs 20k won

Not necessarily a negative as it is a self service hotel but didn't see a single staff.

There's a lady answering my call and not so service oriented, not sure because of the English. The service matches the room rate.
