The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. My children were by themselves at the time while I was at the store and it was very unsafe. The golf cart had issues where the gas gage said it was full and it was not so we ran out of gas and they had to come and fix it and we’re trying to blame it on us for running out of gas even though the gas gauge said full. When we got home, we found that the people that were in our house trying to fix the alarms and chirping noises just thought it would be a good idea to leave the garage fully open as well as the front door. Not a safe place to stay and poor communication with the owner as well as rental company. Would not recommend here for the money.
