Steps up to the apartment are intimidating as they need some repair.

The location and size of apartment . The pictures were accurate with booking.com. Great vibe lovely shops and Ortigia is a hidden gem. Great range of restaurants and bars in the vicinity.Apartment terrace amazing.

great location in small peaceful streets of Ortigia. very nice view from top terrace. good contact with the owner - everything shared via whatsapp.

definitly there is place for improvement around cleaning - apartment had a awful smell (probably some anti-bugs stuff), and plenty of dirt under furniters (easly spotted by small kids). also kitched accesories needs complementing - as there were only few plates, cups etc...

The apartment was a perfect location ,very clean , well maintained .Best bit was the amazing air conditionning ..I want it in my house !! You couldnt hear it in the bedrooms and yet the rooms were consistently cool while it was 36 degrees outside .It was equipped with everything you would need .I wish we could have stayed longer .The agent who met us - Clizia- could not have been more helpful .She gave us perfect instructions on how to find the apartment , where to park and even met us in the square , & helped us with our bags .She was amazing and totally took away the stress of check in . She was on hand for anything at all that i messaged her about , she is a fantastic representative for your company .Thankyou Clizia we are extremely greatful
