Waterside inn Nusa Penida

Le propriétaire est un arnaqueur, il est malhonnête. Nous avions convenu avec lui de prendre un chauffeur pour deux jours. Nous lui avons payé la totalité au début. Il nous a finalement dit que nous n'avions payé que pour un jour. Il a même été jusqu'à annuler notre réservation de chambre sur Booking alors que nous y avions séjourné, espérant que nous ne pourrions mettre aucun commentaire négatif.

The family room we got was big but the a/c didn't work very well & was positioned by the road so road noise (& nearby religious ceremonies) were noisy if that kind of thing is bothersome for you

A/c in kids' room needs to be serviced but otherwise you get what you pay for

The host was exceptional. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Breakfast is served at 8 am, but seeing as we were diving at 8 am we asked to have breakfast at 6.30 am in which she was happy to do for us

There was nothing I disliked .All in all it was good value for money

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Utterly horrible - the bathroom so dirty and it feels like a prison. No ventilation and cockroaches everywhere. Seriously in need of a big upgrade. Even bedroom was horrible. It was a wooden room and it had holes in it - you see the sky and outside from walls.

Everything. Pool was filthy as well.

The building is so comfortable and also the pool near beach, like it.
