バス・トイレが非常にきれいでした。 鏡の前にトレイがあり細々とした物を置くことができて便利でした。

チェックインの際の受付機でクレジット払いを選択したかったのですが、『ICカード機能付きクレジット』のみの表示しかなく、ただの『クレジット』表示のものがないため機能付きのじゃないと払えないのかと(JRのホテルだし)スタッフに尋ねた所、ICカード付きのボタンの所をものすごい勢いでバーン！っと叩きつけて『これで払えばいいんだよ』と教えて頂きました。 チェックアウトの際のスタッフはとても感じが良かったです。 ハンドソープの残りが少ないか出が悪かったです。
