From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Tom at reception his professional,frendly,and courteous manner set the tone of our three days stay. In addition, the staff at breakfast were also outstanding.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rohit at the front desk, and I honestly can’t put into words how much of an impact he had on my experience. From the moment I arrived, he was so kind, warm, and genuinely present. He didn’t just do his job, he took the time to really connect, to listen, and to make me feel seen and welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who carries themselves with such authenticity and care. His customer service was not only exceptional, but heartfelt, and it truly made my day. People like Rohit are what turn a stay into something memorable. And while the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, it’s people like him who make it feel special. Thank you, Rohit, you are an incredible human and a true asset to this hotel. 💛

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast options were very limited, given the name of the hotel and the money I was charged, I personally expected a buffet breakfast with various options. Lounges in the pool were dirty and stained; I preferred not to lie on them. WiFi was open access and not room-specific, so my laptop recognized that as "insecure" and I could not open my email and do my work during my 4 night stay.

The size of the room and the quality of the service

You have to pay for a bottle of water. When you book a room for > 600 aud you don’t expect to have to room charge a bottle of water.
