From the moment we arrived to the time we left, our stay at Biza was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

El hotel fue increible, ya me he hospedado varias veces aqui y siempre regreso porque el hotel es muy limpio y perfecto para pasar unas noches en ciudad valles y visitar las cascadas

Muy peque la habitación y los muros no eran antiruidos

Es un lugar acogedor, muy limpio y las instalaciones don muy bonitas, está a máximo 30 minutos a pie de la central de autobuses. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento, totalmente recomendable.

Me facturaron hospedaje con desayuno, realmente no incluye desayuno, es café solamente, muy mal no recomiendo para nada este hotel, lamentablemente fue dinero perdido en el hospedaje de este muy decepcionante hotel, para nada coincide con lo que aparecen en la pagina de expedia

Buena ubicación, ofrece desayuno continental y estacionamiento. Lo mejor es la alberca y jardines. Un área de oportunidad son los colchones que no permiten un buen descanso. Y URGENTE, el link de su sitio está mal y nos llevó a un lugar solitario y peligroso. Tuve que contactar a una chica para que me diera la ubicación real.

Excelente opción de hospedaje para realizar todas las actividades en la huasteca..... Super recomendable

It’s a basic hotel, it’s not a typical “tourist” hotel. We were told that this place is typically used by people who need to come in to the city to work The entrance to the parking is behind the hotel and the “road” to get there was muddy and unfinished, so if you’re parking a car there, just be careful if it’s been raining or you’ll get stuck! Our room had to be sprayed two times because of ants, so don’t keep any food in your room. Ants happen…it’s where they live…so just don’t keep food in your room Hotel location is good if you’re planning on traveling the area…we took all the toll highways and it was fine
