A wonderful stay ! A real experience in a 80sqm suite in an original castle from the 11th century. The food is exceptional and the staff go out of their way and will serve you champagne in these ancient halls. What's not to love?!

Breakfast was nice. Staff was helpful. They let me take a plate up to my wife in our room. The room was spacious and private. The building is very interesting, very historical.
There was a horrible odor in the hallways, it smelled like formaldehyde, very chemical. We kept our room doors closed but still smelled the odor. It made us sick to our stomachs. We asked the staff to check into it, but never heard back. When we went to bed we smelled something like burning fish. Our stay probably would have been fine if not for the bad smells.

the castle was nice
very cold room and bathroom no heat available. The restaurant not to recommend we waited for 1 hour to have a dry terrible schnitzel. The hotel seems to be lacking personnel.
