El interior es bellísimo, la atención por WhatsApp es casi inmediata, la ubicación cerca a la gran vía es estupenda y los detallitos que nos dejaron! Mi hijo estuvo encantado con las pegatinas y el librito de actividades que le dejaron. Estuvo excelente!!

"Magnifique Localisation - Hôtel Confortable"

Très bon hôtel au plein coeur de Madrid. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Le lit est grand mais il pourrait être un peu plus confortable (du détail ici). Par contre, si vous êtes dans les chambres 1 ou 2, il y a énormément de bruit car la fenêtre donne sur la rue et c'est très mal isolé. Il faut prévoir des boules quies. Le personnel est exceptionnel, très gentil et serviable. Je recommande complètement cet hôtel, il faudrait juste passer sur du double vitrage pour que tout soit parfait.

Attention au bruit surtout lors de périodes animées. Un changement de fenêtres serait très bénéfique à votre établissement. Il faudrait également plus de prises dans les chambres. Sinon RAS.
